By downloading, accessing, or using the Loop app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Loop.
Loop is a mobile alarm and loop application that helps you become more productive. The service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Loop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service.
You may use Loop without creating an account, but some features require account creation. Account creation options include:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Loop offers optional premium subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchases:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Pricing may vary by region and is determined by Apple App Store.
Loop may offer a free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one per Apple ID.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (not within the Loop app). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Loop does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Loop requires notification permissions to function as an alarm app. By using Loop, you acknowledge that alarms will not work without notification permissions enabled.
Loop is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, health, or sleep advice. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that alarms will always function as expected due to factors outside our control (device settings, system issues, etc.).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Loop is not responsible if you oversleep or miss an alarm due to app malfunction, device issues, or any other reason. You are solely responsible for waking up on time.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Account Management > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loop operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app. Your continued use of Loop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
