We use AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security, encryption, and access controls. However, no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (including name, email, subscription information) is permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered. Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

8. Notifications and Permissions

Loop requires notification permissions to function properly. Notifications are used for alarm alerts so your alarms can wake you up on time.

You can manage notification settings in your device's system settings. Note that disabling notifications will prevent alarms from functioning.

9. Children's Privacy

Loop is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information about your child, please contact us at support@loopproductivity.com and we will delete it immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States through AWS infrastructure. By using Loop, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new privacy policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Loop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
